Job Summary
Gul Bahar Investment is hiring Marketing and Sales Assistant (Commercial and Residential).
Duties & Responsibilities

1. Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for both the commercial market and residential section.

2. Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies.

3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive activities.

4. Support in preparing marketing materials and coordinating with external agencies for advertisements.

5. Assist in planning and organizing events, exhibitions, and sales meetings.

6. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

7. Maintain relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders.
-
8. Help in managing online marketing efforts, including social media and digital campaigns.

9. Market visit for observing new customers.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the real estate or commercial sector.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
