One of Gulbahar Investment`s new project is Gulbahar Plaza which is under construction.

The architectural and structural design and construction supervision of Gulbahar Plaza as a new commercial residential complex at the Airport Main Road in Microrayan District, in Kabul-Afghanistan.

The actual ground area comprises about 5429m2 and the current buildup area about 120000m2.

The compound will be a 25 story building with 4 underground parking floors, and four floors commercial market with 555 shops. It will comprise about 356 apartments. (ﮧ100m2), min ﮧ600m2 parking lots and ﮧ21000m2 commercial and business areas. And the dealing of this project has been done with ZBC (Zahra Breshna Consulting).
